Flaxseed hot water bottle

The flaxseed hot water bottle is the perfect ally for your winter evenings. It is also very useful for relieving back, neck or stomach pain.

Flaxseeds help maintain heat for several hours.

Its plus: it is removable and allows you to wash it without damaging the seeds inside.

Hot use : in the microwave: for 2 minutes at 750W, stir and turn the hot water bottle, then adjust the desired heat in 30 sec increments. In a traditional oven: Place the hot water bottle in a glass dish. Heat for 8 to 10 minutes at 120°C. Monitor and stir regularly. Moisture may escape from the hot water bottle during first use.

Cold use: insert the hot water bottle into a freezer bag then put in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours.

Always follow the heating instructions to avoid the risk of incandescence of the seeds and the risk of burns.

Remove the seed packet and wash the cover in the washing machine at 30°C.
